A $250.00 refundable security deposit will be held on your credit card until after your departure at which time the property manager will inspect the villa for damages or the need for excessive cleaning. If there are no damages or excessive cleaning is not needed, no charge will be made to your credit card and in the case of a Travelers Check / Cash deposit, a check will be sent to your address within four weeks.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation of a booking by the client must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges:
2 Weeks or more in advance of arrival date = No cancellation fee
Within 2 Weeks of arrival date = 50% cancellation fee
Within three days of arrival date = 100% cancellation fee
Subject to management approval, cancellations made due to extenuating circumstances may be accepted at lower cancellation charge.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities.
New Horizons / property owners do not accept any responsibility or liability for any equipment failure and or services in the home/condo regardless of how it may have occurred. However, in the event of a problem, the client should inform our local management who will endeavor to do everything within reason to rectify the problem.
New Horizons / property owners does not accept responsibility for any lost or misplaced personal property which clients may leave in the home/condo.
New Horizons / property owners do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of our agents over whom we have no control, such as airlines, car-hire companies, travel agencies, home owners etc. All information regarding the properties is checked to ensure the accuracy of descriptions. However, we are not always able to control all of the components of the facility and it is possible that an advertised facility may be withdrawn or changed due to circumstances beyond our control and for which we do not accept liability.
